damn! how fucking hard is it to run spell-checker before you finish up something?!
seriously... people here don't think logically and can't see the consequence of flip flopping a work sequence...

when they finally got the texts correct and asked to change the layout... what they would do - they revise the sample of the new layout into the correct texts and hand type everything... and then don't run spell-check. what a fucking mess...

being english-illiterate and bad at typing, you would think adjusting the texts into the new layout would be easier or at least less likely to cause any error in the text. but no... they decide to mess with both. they decide to do both and create a fucking mess... c'mon, at least fucking copy-and-paste!

and how do you know these are the people that will stuck at doing the repetitive production work rather than moving onto designing and creating? you show them the tricks to do things efficiently and simply and yet they still prefer to do it the old way. because they think the new process is too "complicated" and "time consuming"... wtf?! something that takes minutes to setup but will reduce the 10 steps down to 1 is somehow less appealing than doing the 10 steps over and over and over...

seriously, you think the ppl here are backward but you have no idea how backward the thought process really is until you work with them.

seriously, it's time to evolve!
